We want you and your pet to love your PawBreeze harness. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
How to request a return
- Email us at bogdan.anichit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with the return instructions and address.
- Once we receive the return, we'll refund 100% of the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for damaged or wrong items.
Wrong size?
If the harness doesn't fit, contact us and we'll exchange it for another size.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
EU and UK customers
In addition to our 90-day guarantee, customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
